Camara de Valencia celebrated yesterday afternoon the Valencian Economy Night. A gala in which the work of Valencian companies was recognized with the Camara de Valencia Awards 2019

More than a thousand companies attended the event, with the presence of the President of the Generality, Ximo Puig, and representatives of economic and business organizations and institutions.

Tejidos Royo received the "Innovation in the Company" Award, thanks to the development of Dry Indigo®, a technology - unique in the world - capable of dyeing indigo without using water. The savings we get with this innovation are: elimination of water consumption and, with it, ZERO discharges into the environment, 89% reduction of chemicals and greater energy efficiency saving 65% of energy.

The following companies were also deservedly awarded:

  • IVI RMA Global, a prize for the socially engaged company, is a world reference in assisted reproduction and fertility treatments, with a sustainability plan aimed at patients, human team, environment and society.
  • Laiex, digital transformation award, is a chemical industry that has automated its production plant. greater energy efficiency and improvement in the process standardization.

In his speech, the president of the Valencia Chamber wanted to highlight the role of Valencian companies as "leaders and protagonists" who are making decisions when it comes to innovating, digitizing and internationalizing, opting for lifelong learning, improving productivity and Job creation. He stressed the commitment to innovation as one of the great challenges in the economic and business sector, emphasizing the need to "be sustainable" and advance in decarbonization, since, he declared, "the climatic emergency is a reality to which we cannot turn our backs ".
